FaithWorks has been providing housing and supportive services to help rebuild lives for homeless families, Veterans, and those in need since 1998.

Our vision is to work in collaboration to build a community where everyone has access to housing and receives the compassionate support needed to become productive and contributing citizens.

PROGRAMS AT A GLANCE

Francis Court Transitional Housing

The Francis Court program is designed for homeless families with children.

We work along side families to help them learn new skills to stabilize and obtain permanent housing.

Francis Court II & III Permanent Supportive Housing

Francis Court II & III are designated for homeless families with children also.

House of Cornelius Transitional Housing

The HOC houses up to 6 homeless veterans while staff works to help connect them to permanent housing and other supportive services.

Options Homeless Prevention Program

Options serves households who are experiencing a hardship that has left them at risk of eviction. Staff helps stabilize the household and maintain their housing whenever possible.
